A Personal Letter from the Author:

My name is Kimberley and I’ve been blessed to be with the same incredible woman now for over 17 years. We’ve been married now for over 15 years. It’s always amazed me how interested some of my clients were in our marriage and how we have managed to “keep it together” for so long.

My answer to them was always the same: Thoughtful, Positive Communication!

I’ve also been blessed to be an award-winning salesman and marketer for nearly 14 years. I’ve been well-compensated by some of the largest, most successful corporations in the world. If there was one thing besides outworking the competition that put me above the rest, it was my ability to connect on a personal basis… once again through thoughtful, positive communication.

Now, the funny thing is, it wasn’t always like this. Until now, I have always left out the fact that my wife and I weren’t always so in love and involved in each other’s lives. I was like most guys, afraid to let my feeling show, afraid to let her in to the inner sanctum of my mind, consumed with my job. I would have been best described as the quiet one in the room. In fact, we almost broke up after the birth of our son(more on this later). Until now, I’ve left out our rough patches for the sake of privacy and the fact that I didn’t think it could help anybody else.

Having talked to singles and married people from all across the country, I now know that stories like mine can not only help bridge the male/female communication gap but help women build a passionate, loving relationship with their guy.
